As a CEO, I wanted a central place to manage contract approvals. Nothing fancy. No bloated features. Just a simple workflow that made sure nothing slipped through the cracks when doing deals.

Before RULR, I was the Commercial Manager for a $700M infrastructure company. I looked after every contract with clients and vendors. I saw firsthand what happens when approvals get missed — the scrambling, the liability, the cost of fixing mistakes.

So I built the tool I wished I had.
